Kevythalli CC Oy is a privately owned company established in
1972, situated 80km north of Helsinki close to the M3 motorway,
allowing quick shipments.

The production facilities are technically excellent and modern.
The main production is glue-laminated beams used in all kinds
of multipurpose buildings and greenhouses. The company is
specialized in architecturally designed beams. The annual
capacity of the factory is 500,000 - 800,000 m3 on a factory
area of 120,000 m2.

KEVYTHALLI is setting up a new factory with a HYPER PRESS

The new press, producing glue-laminated beams, building
elements and arches is a worldwide novelty. It is a guarantee
for quality, capacity and accuracy. This process meets all
requirements in modern woodworking. Combined with heavy
press arches, CNC control and impressive power this press is
designed for production of modern glue laminated beams.

There is a shiftable console with hydraulic clip which provides
the pressing force of maximum of 290 kN per press arch. The
position of the single press arch is displayed on the industry
PC screen. The automatic slipping and turning manipulator
adjust the press bed automatically and precisely to any beam
form.
