MARTIN BEATON, architect RIBA, with 35 years experience
of large projects both in the UK and abroad. Martin has worked
with projects such as Woodgreen Shopping Centre, hotel and
leisure scheme Jeddah, hotel and leisure project in the
Caribbean, St. Kitts and Anguilla etc.

LEN-ART CLEMENS, designer MCSD, with a background as
master cabinet maker, film director and furniture/interior
designer. Len-Art has designed a large number of cinemas,
theatres and restaurants in Scandinavia, in most European
countries as well as in South America. Len-Art was part of
developing the first Multiplex cinema complex in the world.
